Guatemalan Dessert: Choco-Mania


First things first, in Guatemala, we use chocolate on everything or almost everything and automatically carry that name.  choco-mania are nothing but banana covered with chocolate and peanuts.   It can served cold or at normal temperature and a variety of fruits can used, even bread, pineapple, coconut, sweet bread, strawberries, marshmallows and much more.  Equally popular are choco-bananos, the only difference is that you don’t use peanuts. On the streets of the city, if you decide not to prepare them on your own, is sold to Q.1.00 (about $ 0.15 cents)
