Café de Olla con Hojaldra


Have you ever drunk Café de olla? When asked some people, most of them told me they haven’t tried it.

Café de olla is one way of preparing coffee in Guatemala, although not so much in the City. It is made by heating water in a clay pot and adding coffee, cinnamon and brown sugarloaf.

I happen to know a place in the City where you can try it. Wanna guess?
