Guapinol. What? I had to ask the name several time to be able to remember it. I had never seen this fruit before, despite I lived my childhood here.
The smell resembles dirty socks or Swiss Cheese, not very pleasant for some, I did not mind it much. The flavor is like rotting wheat bread and the texture is very spongy. But one can learn to like them.
