Guatemalan Elote Loco and Elote Asado

Elote Asado
The Guatemalan Elote asado is as simple as it gets,

what changes is the freshness of the “elote”, if you get one of these elotes on the country side or small town, it is very likely that they have been freshly cut from their own garden or farm on location. Grill them to perfection, add some salt and lime juice and you are ready to go.
Elote Loco
As in the asado, the Elote Loco is just boiled, when ready you just add mayonnaise, ketchup, spicy sauce (optional) and grated cheese.

The best thing is that you choose were to sit to eat your elotes.
