Tamales Blancos
Tamales Blancos,regional of the department of Chiquimula; they are very simple to make:

corn dough with lots of butter and salt are the only ingredients. You sliced them up and fried them on a frying pan.
Served with boiled eggs, sour cream and grated cheese.
A very delicious combination!
