Guatemalan Guava

In case you did not know, Guavas (Psidium guajava) are endemic to southern Mexico and Central America.

In Guatemala it is often used to make jam with a very simple recipe, and this is the first time I see it made commercially by this small producer in La Antigua. If you haven´t try it, give this a change and it is available at most supermarkets.
