Here’s an interesting vista of the typical colors of the buildings in Guatemala City as seen through polarized glass. This is photograph was taken from the 11th floor of a building on Zone 10 looking south, parallel to the Aurora International airport. This floor is the call center of one of the banks in Guatemala City. Next week I will share with you a view from the inside of the cubicle world of Guatemala City. Stay tuned!

Here’s a window view of the skyline of zone 14, where most of the skyscrapers in Guatemala City are located. Even though Guatemala City is located in a zone prone to seismic activity, the building just keep going up and up and up.
